Polis Points track eligible participation across City Protocol-powered structured products. Season 2 rewards participants who use eligible Curated Vaults and eligible Index OTPs, maintain eligible positions and build a longer participation history. **Campaign period:** The season runs from 3 September to 30 October 2026. ## How to participate 1. Choose an eligible City Protocol-powered product through [Venzo](https://app.venzofinance.com). 2. Keep the position eligible to earn Polis Points each day. 3. Check the campaign dashboard for your balance, multipliers and point history. Points begin only after City Protocol publishes the eligible contract and its activation time. Exact UTC cutoffs, activation times and eligibility status appear on the campaign dashboard. Participants earn points only on products available in their jurisdiction. Residents of the Republic of Korea earn points only for their own eligible positions: referral and promotional quest points are not available to them. ## How Polis Points work The base rate is 1 Polis Point per US$1 of eligible value per day at 1x. ``` Daily Vault Factors = eligible USD value × active vault multiplier × position multiplier × Genesis multiplier × loyalty multiplier × referred user multiplier Total Polis Points = daily Vault Factors + qualified referral points + approved quest points ``` Yield and Polis Points are calculated separately, so a strategy's yield does not change its points multiplier. ## Active vault multiplier | Product type | Active vault multiplier | | ----------------------- | ----------------------- | | Eligible Index OTPs | 10x | | Eligible Curated Vaults | 3x | Eligible Index OTPs carry a 10x active vault multiplier for Season 2, and every eligible Curated Vault stays at 3x. The Eligible Strategies tab of the campaign dashboard lists every eligible product with its multiplier. An Index OTP holds its constituents in the participant's own account, and its return is the market performance of those constituents, so it pays no yield rate. ## Position multiplier The position multiplier applies to the TVL held across one wallet. The calculation uses the lower of the wallet's current eligible TVL and its rolling seven-day time-weighted average, so a higher milestone applies after the wallet maintains the required TVL for the full seven-day window. | Total eligible TVL | Position multiplier | | ------------------------ | ------------------- | | Below US$1,000 | 1x | | US$1,000 to US$2,999 | 1.25x | | US$3,000 to US$24,999 | 1.5x | | US$25,000 to US$99,999 | 2x | | US$100,000 to US$249,999 | 2.5x | | US$250,000 to US$999,999 | 3x | | US$1,000,000 or more | 4x | ## Genesis boost Genesis rewards early eligible deposits. Each deposit lot receives the multiplier available when that lot enters. Genesis resets for Season 2, so a new entry window opened on 3 September 2026. | Entry period | Genesis multiplier | | ----------------------- | ------------------ | | 3 to 6 September 2026 | 3x | | 7 to 30 September 2026 | 1.5x | | After 30 September 2026 | 1x | The extra Genesis portion remains pending until the deposit lot stays eligible for 21 consecutive days. An early exit cancels the pending Genesis increment, and the 1x Vault Factors already earned remain. A later top-up starts a new deposit lot with its own entry multiplier. Position and loyalty multipliers earned in Season 1 carry into Season 2. Only Genesis resets. ## Loyalty multiplier Loyalty is measured for each deposit lot using its continuous eligible age. | Continuous eligible age | Loyalty multiplier | | ----------------------- | ------------------ | | 0 to 14 days | 1x | | 15 to 29 days | 1.5x | | 30 to 59 days | 2x | | 60 days or more | 3x | A full exit ends the lot's loyalty clock. ## Referral points Referral rewards use one direct layer: * **Referrer:** The referrer receives 15% of each qualified invitee's Vault Factors. * **Qualified invitee:** The qualified invitee receives a 5% bonus on their own Vault Factors. Referral and quest points do not feed back into the calculation. Each wallet can have one referrer. Self-referrals, circular referrals and multi-level rewards do not qualify, and the campaign dashboard applies the current eligibility and anti-sybil checks. ## Examples A wallet deposited US$25,000 into an eligible Curated Vault on 3 September 2026 and held it without interruption. On 10 September 2026, its rolling seven-day average is US$25,000, so the position multiplier is 2x; the deposit lot entered in the 3x Genesis window; and the loyalty multiplier is 1x because the lot is seven days old. The wallet joined through a referral, so it receives the 5% invitee bonus, and it has referred a user whose Daily Vault Factors are 100,000 on that day. ``` Daily Vault Factors on 10 September 2026 = US$25,000 × 3.00 active vault × 2.00 position multiplier × 3.00 Genesis × 1.00 loyalty × 1.05 referred bonus = 472,500 points Referral points = 100,000 × 15% = 15,000 Total points = 472,500 + 15,000 = 487,500 ``` The same position held in an eligible Index OTP, such as the Magnificent Seven Index OTP, uses the 10x active vault multiplier: ``` Daily Vault Factors on 10 September 2026 = US$25,000 × 10.00 active vault × 2.00 position multiplier × 3.00 Genesis × 1.00 loyalty × 1.05 referred bonus = 1,575,000 points Referral points = 100,000 × 15% = 15,000 Total points = 1,575,000 + 15,000 = 1,590,000 ``` The Genesis increment in these examples is confirmed once the deposit lot has stayed eligible for 21 consecutive days.
