# Users & LPs

Users and LPs ultimately need a simpler way to access onchain financial products. They should not need to understand every contract, oracle, custodian, strategy venue, bridge, or reporting system before they can evaluate a product. At the same time, simplicity should not come at the cost of transparency.

City Protocol improves the user experience by standardizing what users and interfaces need to know.

**City Protocol helps users and LPs:**

* discover yield products through clearer product metadata;
* understand accepted assets, supported networks, capacity, fees, risk controls, and redemption rules;
* view NAV, historical reporting, verification status, and proof records where available;
* deposit through simplified subscription flows;
* track redemption requests, epoch status, settlement records, and claim readiness;
