# Audits

Independent audit reports for City Protocol's components and products, and the proof-of-solvency dashboards.

## Protocol components

Zenith audited the Issuance & Operation Layer, Vault as a Service and Tokenization as a Service, with the report dated 25 June 2026, and all critical and high findings are resolved. The $CIT OFT token contract and the OTP Architecture contracts were also reviewed by Zenith. ## Delta-Neutral Prime USD

The 0x Macro, Pashov and Spearbit reports cover the underlying strategies and infrastructure of Delta-Neutral Prime USD, curated by Liquid Alpha, and support technical due diligence and verification of the relevant smart contracts and protocols.

## Proof of solvency

A master proof-of-solvency dashboard from an independent provider lets anyone verify Curated Vault TVL in real time, and product-level dashboards cover individual vaults. As of October 2026, the dashboards include the following.

Proof of Reserves on Venzo opens an independent proof-of-solvency dashboard that totals the reserves and the supply across the live vaults and gives the collateral ratio, reserves divided by supply. A selector switches the view to any one vault, and the dashboard retrieves its data at a fixed interval.
