Curator Vaults

Through City Protocol's flagship product, Venzo, users can access yield products powered by City Protocol's Vault, Tokenization, Issuance, and Operations infrastructure.

Yield strategies are driven by the Curator-Vault Architecture. Capital is pooled into a vault contract and a curator directs execution strictly within an approved mandate.

The position is accounted for as NAV per share, the participant holds Receipt Tokens representing a claim on the vault, and redemption runs through the product's liquid or epoch-based settlement window. The return is produced by the strategy the curator operates rather than by the price of any single asset held.

Delta-Neutral Prime USD (aprimeUSD)

Liquid Alpha allocates Prime USD across Delta Neutral-LIT, LLP Maximize, and Yield Basis ETH. These market-neutral DeFi sleeves collect staking income, funding, liquidity-provision fees, and reserve yield while keeping net directional exposure close to zero. Venzo lists a 7-day withdrawal window, which network congestion or position unwinds can extend.

  • Product terms: USDCaprimeUSD; Arbitrum and Ethereum; 7-day withdrawal; 0% management fee; 20% performance fee.

  • Displayed yield: 11.47% expected net APR on 10 August 2026.

JPEG Fixed-Rate Credit (JUSD)

JPEG Trading earns the subscriber coupon through market making, quantitative arbitrage, and recourse-based lending. The coupon ranks senior to JPEG Trading's retained spread, while the issuer takes the first-loss position. Venzo lists a 30-day withdrawal window, which network congestion or position unwinds can extend.

  • Product terms: USDCJUSD; Arbitrum; 30-day withdrawal; 0% management fee; 0.2% performance fee.

  • Displayed yield: 11.8% expected net APY on 10 August 2026.
