OTP Products

Alongside yield strategies, City Protocol issues Onchain Token Portfolios through Venzo, built on its Vault, Tokenization, and Issuance and Operations infrastructure.

An exchange-traded product, or ETP, packages an asset, basket, index or strategy into one security that trades on an exchange. City Protocol issues that exposure as an Onchain Token Portfolio. The constituents are held directly in the participant's own onchain account rather than pooled, and are maintained against a published, rules-based methodology by an automated executor.

OTP Products are driven by the OTP Architecture. There is no pooled vault, no unit, and no unit price. One transaction converts a single asset into the full weighted basket, one transaction reverses it, and any individual constituent can be sold, transferred, or pledged on its own. The basket and the methodology are verifiable onchain at any time, and exit is instant and onchain because the participant is selling assets already held.

The range covers three product types. Index ETP are listed first below. Portfolio Trackers ETP follow, each maintaining a defined basket and rebalance process built from public filings. Thematic ETP, covering fields such as AI and energy, are in development.

Index OTPs:

Magnificent Seven Equal Weight

Holds the seven largest US technology companies at one seventh each, giving a single position in the group without concentration in the largest names. The constituents are tokenized equities backed 1:1 by custodied shares with published proof of custody, and every constituent balance is readable onchain.

  • Tracking method: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia and Tesla at equal weight; rebalanced back to equal weight on the published schedule.

  • Source: Published index methodology; constituent balances readable onchain.

Fantastic Four Equal Weight

Holds Nvidia, Alphabet, Apple and Meta at one quarter each, giving a single position in four of the largest US technology companies. The constituents are onchain stocks on Base, backed 1:1 by shares held in segregated custody, and basket execution routes through Aerodrome.

  • Tracking method: NVDAc, GOOGLc, AAPLc and METAc at equal weight; rebalanced to equal weight on the published schedule.

  • Source: Published index methodology; constituent balances readable onchain.

  • Eligibility: Constituents are offered outside the United States only; the portfolio inherits that restriction.
